I have this exact problem with my 2011 AWD 3.0, my first thought was the strut mount or the strut itself because it only make it on one side and if you put pressure on that side while the car isnt running in park it does it as well

Hello there, I just got a new (to me) 2011 ford fusion sel v6 awd it has 129,000 miles on it. I had a question regarding transmission fluid and its maintenance schedule. I checked the fluid and its a little brown, not black and burnt but it looks worn, and by regular convention i would just change it, but i've got a mechanic telling me they're worked on so many ford transmissions and if i change it bad things will happen. Now i dont know the history of when it was changed last but i heard that its around 70k miles so if it was done on that schedule its coming up on its next change. Now you may be asking what i mean by change, i mean dropping the pan, changing the filter and refilling the fluid. So i guess my questions are as follows: What is the change interval for fluid and filter for this generation? is changing it at this point going to cause harm? i know it sounds like a dumb question but i've been getting conflicting answers. Thanks!
