    It does it both in cruise and not in cruise.

    So I have a 2014 Ford Fusion SE 1.5L Turbo. It has 80,000 miles on it and it down shifts when going down a hill for no reason to my knowledge. I looked this issue up on this website and see that someone suggest that it is "grade assist." This happens even on the interstate when traveling at 65MPH. Anyone have any suggestions? Not sure if my car is equipped with grade assist.
