  1. Ok its not scientific but i have a 28 mile drive to work every day and with 14k miles on it, the best i ever EVER get is around 42mpg and that is with NO heat and NO AC on. Its mostly highway (up to 75 - 80 mph) with some tolls so there is some slowing down and then quick acceleration. I jacked my psi on my tires up to 40 psi yesterday and today I made my normal drive. I was actually stunned to see that I got 46.8 mpg on the same exact route with near identical conditions. :happy feet:
  2. Vent =--> roll down the window :hysterical2:
  3. Yes that happened to me once... Had to restart to fix it and it never happened again.
  4. How much were the new 18s with the tires?
  5. My FFH with Nav was bought on June 5th... are there any new maps available, and where would i go to even find out that information?
  6. I have the problem and i do not use Rain - X
  7. HOV lanes are high occupancy lanes. Basically, you need 2 or 3 passengers to ride in these lanes during rush hour traffic or you get HUGe tickets and the police presence is very considerable. Hybrid plates (clean special fuel plates) in Va allow drivers to drive on those lanes with no passengers. Speeding up their commute considerably.
  8. 37.7 with 9000 miles. Mixture of highway/ city and hills /flat
  9. How do I load my itunes library into the jukebox in my nav system? It is as simple as copying them all to a thumb drive and plugging that into the USB port in the car?
  10. OK so my FFH with 501a came in on Friday and I have to say I love this car. Being an owner of a camry hybrid I can now accurately compare the two. Engine: Camry is a little faster but the FFH is not lacking in power. The FFH and CH have the save surge as most hybrids but the fusion seems to be less pronounced. MPG: Unlike the CH, the FFH seems to in fact get better mileage on secondary roads. The CH does in fact get its best mileage on the highway going around 65. Comfort: The CH is larger inside, but the FFH is more comfortable. I am 6’3” and the telescoping wheel of the FFH pulls further out from the dash than on the CH so its nicer for tall people. Controls: FFH controls are closer to the hand and shifter and easier to reach Climate: FFH has dual zone Stereo: FFH is far superior Navigation: FFH has far more features, and most of them you can use while driving. The CH shuts almost everything off. Voice controls on the CH are very limited but on the FFH with Sync its almost limitless I got the black paint which has a metallic flake in the paint which looks absolutely sweet. Driving: the FFH hybrid and CH are very close in this aspect and I don’t think either has an advantage. Technological innovation: The FFH is light years ahead of the CH

  12. I was able to get mine $500 over Invoice but only if i ordered it.
  13. Part of me would want them to order another and part would be too impatient, but i would have to ask for another car, unless they are willing to sell the car as damaged and "used" because if they sell it to another party that is how they are supposed to sell it.
  14. Se being in FL, im guessing you had the AC running the entire time? IN my Camry Hybrid having the AC on, reduced the MPG about 4mpg
