  1. I know this is an old post but these are the bulbs you wanna use to replace the stock led... They work great. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B09LCSP6JK?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_image
  2. Check your ac compressor and make sure the clutch hub plate is still on there mine has fallen off 3 times. The last time I used red loctite so instead of the bolt working itself loose it sheared off... But it would definatly explain the warm air from the AC and is a somewhat common issue. You can get one at the junkyard cheap or they sell replacements on ebay now...
  3. The amp blew in the acm ( audio control module aka stereo deck.) Pull it out check the numbers and look on ebay or a local junk yard it is super easy to swap out.
  4. Check the high pressure fuel pump there is a little metal ring around one of the lines that might be loose and vibrating. I dont thing it matters that its loose besides it being annoying as hell so just zip tie it or whatever. Harbor Freight sells this stretchy rubber sealant tape that sticks to itself for $5 its better than dust tape and wire cost hangers! Lol. Another thing to check (it doesnt sound like the issue your referring to, but since your in the vicinity...) Right behind that area about a foot down on the firewall is a cheap plastic clip holding 2 fuel lines that make this rattle noise when your idling especially when in drive like at a stop light. Its one of those noises that make you want to freak out ?! Zip tie those suckers down nice and tight too... but other than that like the other guys said the ticking is normal. The rattles are due to ford being to cheap to actually fasten things down properly!
  5. Happened to my 2014 titanium. Bolt worked itself loose and the clutch hub plate fell off. I had it in the dealer at the time for an oil change told them about it they said they never heard of that happening befor even though i told them i read it was a fairly common issue. Go figure ford not using 2 cents worth of locktite on the bolt. Anyway dealer acted like i didnt know what i was talking about quoted me about 1k to fix. I laughed at them bought a used ac compressor off ebay for $40 ( cant just buy a replacement plate.) I took off the clutch hub plate and bolt put them on my car with some blue loctite and been solid for 2 years. Two things i can say for certain is ford sucks and from my experience maybe 1 in 5 dealerships are decent the rest are idiots and thieves... oh and the only reason i had my car there for an oil change is because of so many dealer related issues i complained to ford about they gave me a free 5 year maintenance plan!
