They were supposed to try and find something close to what we had and trade us out. The sales director called and told me he was only paying what we bought it for and expected us to be out all the taxes and fees. I went above him and his boss agreed that we should have never been sold the car without it being disclosed as being in an accident. He said he pay off the note completely.

So far they have failed to find anything and are only offering to buy back at the purchased price. The sales director expects us to take a loss after saying he would pay off the note. Ridiculous.

Thank you all for the responses. I called ford and they were all no help. I went to the dealer and showed them everything. They are willing to trade us out. I told them I'm not taking a loss and they are paying the whole amount owed. They are unwilling to just buy it back so we are kind of stuck on options. Hopefully they can find us another car.

The hood touches the fender. The fender doesn't line up even with the door. There is overspray on the headlight and fog light. The headlight has a manufacture date in 2018 even though it's a 2017. You can see where the paint ran and bubbled on the front bumper. My issue is that we don't know the extent of the damage and that we overpaid for it. The price should have been lower considering it was wrecked and repaired.

Used. It is a certified preowned. The carfax reports 0 accidents but we are finding evidence of it being in an accident. I have emailed the gm of the dealership but have had no response yet.

My 2017 fusion does not have a Ford logo. I have attached a photo of what is on it. All my other windows have the ford logo. I'm wondering if this is a replacement windshield. Thanks for any help.

I've searched google and can't find an answer. I am wanting to know how you can tell if your windshield has been replaced. It is a 2017 Fusion Hybrid. I have attached a photo that shows the current markings on what I have now. There is not a Ford logo on it but all my other windows have a Ford logo. Any help is greatly appreciated.
