When I was at the dealer yesterday one of the guys behind the front desk came up and told me that he had ordered a FFH just after me and that he hadn't gotten his yet either. Mine was finished on May 21. 2 1/2 weeks from production to pick-up; seems to be some room for process improvement in there somewhere don't you think?

Although I can't drive my new FFH off the lot until Monday, I went to the dealer today and tried Sync.

That's what I got! Picking it up Monday. I ordered on 3/31. I did sit in it today but could not take it home because it hasn't been prepped.

No FFH yet

Today was not the day... its on the loading dock though! I'm expecting to pick it up tomorrow.

Ordered 502A package on March 31 (just under the wire for the $3400 tax credit!). Car built week of May 18th. Due to arrive in Philadelphia area on or about Tuesday June 2. This is only one week longer than the 8 weeks the dealer predicted - and that can be explained by the 5-day shutdown of the FFH plant in Mexico for the swine flu.

I'm with you. I only want one "fob". Does anyone know, must you order this factory installed or can you get remote start dealer installed?

I paired my BlackBerry Pearl with a 2009 Fusion during a test drive and was able to stream from the BB media player to Sync. It was really cool! Put a big smile on my face. I may not even use Sync's USB port. More and more media devices are coming out with Bluetooth stereo support (eg iPhone V3, Samsung P2/P3, BlackBerry). If your GPS is a source for BT audio, it will definitely connect to Sync.

So, are you saying that the FFH and Milan have this feature, or is it only with Viper installed?

It knows its raining? I didn't think the FFH had rain sensing wipers. This post shows how the Atlantis Green looks in sun and in shade. In shade it looks black to me.

Wow that looks really cool. How does it control all those functions? Is it a standard interface to the car? Will the Ford dealer install it? How much is install? Can you program it yourself?

Tomorrow?!?! What are you waiting for? I ordered on 3/31 and got my VIN number today. Dealer said the car would be here in about 4 weeks - that's about 8 weeks total.

Right now these guys are on track to hit 1400 miles on one tank!
