Hello, the passenger side mirror glass is cracked and needs replacement. Do I need to disassemble the door panel etc to replace it? Or can I pop out the glass mirror itself? Thanks

I have a 2011 Fusion SEL with 76000 miles. I was ascending a freeway gradient at about 65 mph the other day when the car hesitated for a second or two. No warning lights came on and the car proceeded without incident after the “hiccup”. It felt like I’d run over something, but there was nothing on the freeway. The same thing happened the next day, and I was traveling at about 30 mph. It feels like it slips out of gear for a second or two. Any thoughts?

Thank you! I found the button to push, and did - success! Apparently the instructions are in “Climate Control” section of the manual. Really must be difficult to write something - a manual like that. But got it. Thanks again to the forum, certainly makes it easy for me!

Hello, I’d like to know the best way to prevent outside air from entering my 2011 Fusion. I don’t see, and haven’t found in the owner’s manual, a simple button that would address this. I'm certain there’s a simple work- around, but thought I’d ask the forum first.

I’ve got a feeling it was you that sorted-out the solution: why I had an inoperable usb and auxiliary in the center console (submitted a few days ago). Indeed, it was a set of disconnected connectors I discovered after the air bag side-curtains were replaced last July - bought the car in a trade-in about two weeks ago. Anyway, I’ll follow your suggestions. Most likely they’ll be as spot- on as your previous suggestion.

2011 fusionSEL has active msnsync and it's paired to my phone. Voice activation doesn’t understand what I’m saying. I know where the microphone is, and speak clearly into it. Frequently I request “Bluetooth audio” - nothing. Sometimes it works, but most of the time no. Should I perform a reboot of it? Can the 2011 msnsync be updated?

Hello, my 2011 Fusion SEL has three connections in the center console. An AUX port, a dedicated USB port, and a cigarette lighter. All of them are dead. I’ve looked at the fuse schematic in the owners manual, and can't find the fuse that addresses the console. Any ideas?
