I have recently learned that my door open bell is not working, nor is is the seat belt alarm and my safety lights are not working.. Also All buttons on the steering wheel work, cruise, radio, etc. And the radio works and lights up. And the rest of my lights work. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing all this? Everything was fine before my Ford dealer got ahold of it.

Thank you. This was for the passenger side airbag. And when I took the car back, they told me there was power to the cluster. Also, my door open bell is not working, nor is is the seat belt alarm. All buttons on the steering wheel work. And the radio works and lights up.

I took my 2011 fusion in for a passenger side airbag recall. The dealer fixed it, but now my instrument cluster is dark and none of the gauges/lights are working. It is not the fuse and the dealer says nothing they did would have had anything to do with the instrument cluster.
