  1. Not to muddy the waters, but it looks like the 235-50-R17 tires are correct for the SEL. Berry
  2. The tires are definitely 235-50-17 Michelin. The car was a lease return with less the 9k miles, so I assume that they are the original factory tires. I will be visiting the dealer in a few days, so should get some info.
  3. I didn' notice the tire size on the donut tire, was just concerned about the effect of driving with one tire 3" smaller than the others. Maybe that is normal for space saver tires. I have got to admit that the space saver tire in my previous car was never used and I didn't notice if it was smaller than the regular tires.
  4. I located a donut spare from a 2018 Fusion, but noticed that the tire diameter is 3" smaller the 235-50 tires on the car. Is this normal for space saver tires and should I be concerned about driving on it for a short distance all low speeds. I presume it would have to be mounted on the rear. Or is there a large size spare available?
  5. Thanks for the response. Are there any candidates from other makes?
  6. I am new to the forum, just purchased a 2019 Fusion SEL hybrid and am looking for a spare tire (big shock). Does anyone know what other commonly used space saver wheel/tire would work? The tires on the car 235-50 R17. Thanks. Berry
