They don't really know ... i want to take it somewhere else but i feel like ive already spent the money and they should fix it

Recently I had my evap purge valve replaced along with the spark plugs. After leaving the shop i accelerated quickly to match the flow of traffic and my car started sputtering and check engine light flashing..it had a cylinder 4 misfire coad they said it was the coil pack and replaced it... only to have the same thing happen... i was going roughly 45mph and my rpms jumped to 4000 when it started sputtering.. hopefully someone can help me
