Anyone know what type of nylon inserts that are ROUND can be used on the back of my 2016 Fusion SE for the lower license plate holes that currently have those stupid rubber nipples? My holes are ROUNDS under those and NOT square like a lot of others!

Mods...delete my other post and leave this one up: My 2016 Fusion SE rear plate has those 2 stupid rubber bumpers for the bottom of the plate, but I want them gone. I pulled them out only to find a ROUND opening, and NOT a square one like I thought. Anyone have any ideas on parts like a nylon screw piece that'll fit in there? Every one I've found is SQUARE! Idea? I just want to put 4 screws on my rear plate, as opposed to 2 and those stupid rubber pieces. Every time I open/close the trunk it rattles like CRAZY. Granted, I haven't measured the width of the hole yet.
