Thank you, it's a 2014 fusion titanium. If it is the sensor, is that possible to change out myself? I'll take a closer look when I get out of work.

today I had noticed my headlights were always on during the day when the switch was on the automatic headlight setting. Just my speedometer lights were dull and when I switched to my map it also was on night mode. I thought the photo sensor was in the rear view mirror so i disconnected the mirror harness and the car was still in night mode. Is the sensor somewhere else?
