2013 Ford Fusion SE. Where is the key fob receiver located? Bought a new key, had it programmed and the lock/unlock buttons still do not work. My research has found it's probably the receiver or receiver module? That may be the same thing. Any help is appreciated.

2013 Ford Fusion 1.6L Ecoboost. Something was draining the battery. I checked with multi-meter and it was 2.5 amps with everything off. Pulled fuses one at a time with meter connected and discovered the fuse for 12 and 13 is the problem. The manual says 12 is Climate control, Gear shift and 13 is for Steering wheel column, Cluster, Datalink logic. It is just one 7.5 fuse is for all of that. How would I find the specific problem? Has anyone had a similar problem?
