I have a 2017 Ford Fusion Energi. When I first got it when I would plug it in I would get 21 miles on a full recharge. Then it has gone down slowly to 16 miles. Is this something I need to be concerned about? I only have 56698 miles on it. Any help would be appreciated.

I had a problem with it staying up. I tried the reset but didn't work. I put it up as far as I could without it going back down and left it there. I hit a deer on the passenger front headlight area. Took it in to get headlight replaced, hood replaced etc. When I went to pick up the car the window stays up, however; I don't think it is all the way up because I hear road noise. My question is how can I reprogram the window motor to ensure the window is all the way up? I am wondering if the motor thinks where I last put it is as far up as it goes. Any information would be helpful. Thanks,
