Thank you much for all your guys’ help. It’s greatly appreciated. Yes, the owner does have a cat or dog because when I was tinting the car there was pet fur everywhere. But we didn’t not speak of that being a possibility.

Hi, I am a window Tinter and I tinted one of my customers cars, a 2019 Ford Fusion. I have tinted plenty of rear windshields and have never had a problem until this customer came back a week after the tint installation and showed me his carpet under the rear windshield. He claims that it must be our fault because he never goes back in that area and we did it recently. But the thing is that we only use soap and water for our solution. This has never happened before and I Am stuck between what to do. Is this even our fault? I want to be true and honest with good customer service, but I also don’t want to be a victim of one of those kind of people trying to get something for “free”, if he is lying. Please does anyone have any info or experience of this at all???
