  1. The dealer said they needed to have the light on to know what the code was.
  2. I have a 2015 Fusion that I originally leased and then purchased. It now has just under 74,000 miles on it. Starting about 6,000 miles ago the car suddenly began stalling at low speeds/rpm's, such as when backing out of the driveway, or just pulling away from a stop sign. It's fine at highway speeds. It seems to only happen when the car is re-started after it's already warmed up from a prior trip and has been shut off for a short time, as in under 30 minutes. I'm very concerned for the safety of my wife as it's her vehicle so I'm now driving it until the problem is resolved. It's shut down as many as 6 times on a single trip for her. I've had it to a Ford dealer 3 times (I bought the extended warranty) and they have been unable to find anything and now they are telling me to only bring it back when the check engine light comes on because they can't determine anything without a code. This was over 2 months ago. Prior to the 3rd time we took it back the check engine light came on but then went out literally when we on our way to the dealership. Obviously I'm very frustrated and have now taken to doing some Google searches to source the problem. A Low Pressure Fuel sensor seems to come up a fair amount as a potential source of the problem. Are there any other ideas/help for this issue? Thanks in advance.
