I am hoping for a little help. My son's 2019 Fusion is on it's 3rd engine (original plus 2 replacements so far) because of the coolant leaking into the cylinders. This vehicle is a lease. 1st engine was replaced 6 months after the lease started. Lease just hit the 2 year mark and has just had another engine put in. My quesiton is: If any of you have had this problem and filed a claim with Ford, what compensation did you ask for versus what you got? I am hoping to help my son get out of the lease at the very least but believe they should be compensating him for all the months he has not had the vehicle. Any suggestions/experiences/advise is greatly appreciated. If I should be posting this question somewhere else please advise. I am new to the forum searching for answers. Thank you very much.
