  1. Thanks for the response bbf2530. The battery is a couple of years old, and I usually buy higher end batteries. The issue persisted through a new battery. I am going to replace the temperature sensor next. Then I start replacing more expensive parts.
  2. The A/C in my 2014 Fusion (bought used) has never worked properly. Sporadically, I have to turn it to MAX A/C to get it to blow, and that works most of the time. While 95% of the time I can get cold air, the temparature control does not work like it should. I have also seen odd alerts come and go, like traction control, and once in a while the climate controls will below the sync screen will just power off. I started the car twice tonight checking the Sync software version. It ran maybe a minute total. Later, while taking apart the console, I noticed the bottom of the radio (DS7T-19C107-CL) was very hot. It's a long shot, but has anyone noticed this? Is it possible there is a heat problem with the radio affecting my climate control?
