Hi everyone. Recently my daughter purchased a 2013 Ford fusion with the 1.6L engine. The car has had quite a few issues thus far, the latest of which is a fuel leak. It seems to be from the rigid plastic fuel line running from the high pressure fuel pump to the fuel rail, although I'm not positive. The mechanic stated that he fixed it, but it is back, in the exact place it was before he "repaired" it. Has anyone experiences a leak in a similar place? I was thinking of just getting fuel line and hose clamps and ditching the plastic fuel line. I would take it back to the mechanic, but I have no faith in his abilities at this point. Its been to his shop 3 times and continues to come back with another failure, or the same one, 2 days later. I think I'd rather just fix it myself and know its done correctly. The leaking spot does seem buried under a cluster of things, so getting to it looks like a PITA. 20211011_115122_001.mp4
