Has anyone looked into upgrading their 3g wireless tech with the 4g upgrade kit? Ford will pay for labor but we have to purchase the upgrade kit. I think my local dealer is taking advantage of us and is asking 650.00 for the kit! I think this is out of line, but I want to see what others are seeing. If I need to I will buy from an out of state parts department and have my local dealer install it. I have a 2019 Fusion Energi Titanium. Basically after 2/2022 we will lose connectivity to our car from the Myford mobile app. Most things I can do without, but I do like the fact that it gives me MPGe for each trip I make and lets me see the latest charge state. I just don't like it 650.00 worth. I never used it for unlock/remote start etc. so that is not a concern. thanks!
