Lakerat

Borrowed my friend's Fusion (beautiful car). Rubbed up against a curb doing a u-turn, and I want to fix the scrapes I made. The body piece effected is underneath the front bumper. It appears to be a standalone piece as it's got it's own screws and isn't attached to the front bumper. There is one on either side of the license plate. Does anyone know what this part is called, and whether I could order this piece without ordering a whole new bumper? Thanks so much.
