  1. I have a 2019 Fusion Titanium and just lost my connectivity couple of weeks ago. My Ford at 15K mile, is not 3 years old yet. I really think, Ford Motor Co. should honor its commitment to it's customers and upgrade free of charge. As a result of this software issue, my Ford is not operating as it was sold to perform any more, and I'm not happy about that. I may be comparing apples with oranges here but would we settle for say; our automobile's gas gauge stop working due to an onboard software issue? Or on that note, many other mishaps we could name. I regard the communication between the key phoebe and car as an important marketing feature for a car and the manufacturer, Ford in this instance, should not expect it's car owners to pay for the cost of upgrade, or alternatively, run your Ford without it from now on. If we all write a short note to Ford Motor Co. and express our feelings toward this matter, maybe -hopefully- Ford would come up with a solution supporting it's loyal Ford owners. Thank you all
