  1. Thank you. Will definitely get it checked out this week. Do you think the dealer would have more expertise or is it fine to take to the local shop?
  2. Does anyone know where the location of the ECT sensor is? When I run codes, I got P0A01. Whenever I drive, I randomly get the high motor temperature warning several times. The warning never remains on the screen, though. Thinking I will change it myself and save some money. If the ECT Sensor is not the issue, what might be? 2010 Fusion Hybrid.
  3. I have a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid with 62k miles on it. For the second time in the past 4 months, I've gotten simultaneous brake warning lights and service advancetrac warning lights when travelling <15mph. It happens when I start to brake. It also happened once about 3 or so years ago. This has resulted in an almost complete loss of braking power. I fully depress the brake pedal and the car barely slows down. I had to pull the ebrake the first time so I didn't roll through a stop sign into an intersection. After turning the car off and on again, the warning lights go away and the brake system is back to normal. Is this a problem with the ABS module? Or is it the sticking ABS valve that there's a recall for? Something else? My Fusion wasn't included in that recall. I plan on taking it to the dealer soon but I would like to have some idea of what is wrong before I go. I also got the front brakes replaced and the problem occurred both before and after.
