    Hello, My 2012 Ford Fusion SEL is making noises from undercarriage/engine. The noises are a combination of clunks, squeaks, and bangs. It starts after driving for a short distance and is random. When it happens, I feel it through the steering wheel, transmission shifter (auto transmission), and brake/gas pedals. Took it to my mechanic. Could not be duplicated at shop.     While replacing A/C unit in my Fusion I messed up the vents in the center console. I cannot remove the console due to the safety strap; is it safe to cut? I have heard it is for theft protection or crash safety. Any guidance is appreciated. TYIA. CSA 2012 Ford Fusion SEL
