I have a 2019 fusion hybrid se. Two days ago I had an issue where I couldn’t get the blower motor to blow at all no matter what I did with the controls. After checking fuses and stopping and starting the car a few times, the blower motor started working again. The controls are still not working correctly though. When I have the temperature at “low”, I get very cold air like I’m supposed to. If I go one up to 60 degrees or higher, the system automatically pushes out max heat. This hasn’t changed over the past couple days and I’m still dealing with it today.
The car has 37,500 miles so the dealer said it’s not covered under any warranty. I have read that there is a reset for other model years but haven’t seen anything for the 2019s. Does anyone have any suggestions before I take it in to the dealer?
