Shot in the dark given your original post was 7 years ago, but I'm having identical issues with my Fusion. At a loss... so hoping you get see this in your email and can spare 1 minute to respond with what the issue was or even just the part that needs to be replaced to fix it. Thanks!

NO WAY! - dcw1 - I'm praying you're still on this forum \ or receive this message somehow... Were you able to figure out the issue with your Fusion last year? ? I'm having the exact same issue. Actually everything in your post is identical to my situation, even down to the mileage. So before I take the intake off and go through all of the troubles you experienced, I figured would take a shot in the dark on this forum. Any info would be a huge help - was it the PCM?
