    Sounds about right. Just so I'm clear, when the dealer replaces it, is it reconditioned or is it new?

    Shame no one has replied with ideas or experience on this. I just picked up a 2014 with 55k and I sure hope it doesn’t give me issues anytime soon, but if it does I’d probably go the replacement route. Have you replaced yours yet?

    Second time Ford owner, technically. Last Ford was owned was a 2002 Ford Focus in 2004. This is my first hybrid, or should I say plug in hybrid. I’m quite impressed so far. 2014 SE 1-owner with 55k. Lived its entire life in Houston. She’s a beauty! My oldest came with me to pick it up. Hope to learn some maintenance tips and care for this vehicle since I’ve got a little while to pay on it.
