I am stumped. I was using my radio (Bluetooth) yesterday and it was working great. I have the Sony 12 speaker system in my 2012 Ford Fusion SEL. I went out today to bring my wife to work and the radio display comes on, I see my temp settings for inside the car. I see the external temp. I also see my compass. Now, the words "FORD FUSION" are stuck on the screen (this was where I was seeing my info for the radio/bluetooth).
I checked all the fuses and they aren't blown. Took a power probe/test light and started checking the fuses for power. I found that fuse #28, a 5A fuse isn't getting power on either leg of the fuse. #28 is the Radio Crank Sense Circuit. Not sure where the power comes from to power that fuse but I'm guessing this is why my radio just stopped working. I have had some trouble in the past where SYNC would just disconnect from my phone and have a hard time reconnecting. I have had to reset SYNC a few times.
