  1. The middle one by the alternator? That thing looks like a total bear to change.
  2. Found and fixed it on my own The reason mine broke was a bad dust cover, it was grabbing the more than just the bearing causing it to lock up. If others have this issue here are the part numbers: 6/14/23 - Advanced Auto had the best prices with items in stock in my area. If you can wait Check Amazon or RockAuto Full assembly (NEW Design vs stock, mounts upside down looking (see pic) with MUCH better bearing protection on both sides. It does not come with bolts, I only used 2) Motorcraft Idler Pulley - YS356 - $62.99 Gates DriveAlign Belt Pulley - 36467 - $42.99 (I got this one and it worked perfect) Dorman TECHoice Idler Pulley - 419-720 - $23.99 (no idea why its so cheap) Never found it as just the pully only.
  3. Hey all, This pully is kicking my ass, I thought it was failing so I took it off the bracket (just the pully) and the bolt and everything fell. I THINK I got all the parts, but now when I try to tighten the pully back up the dustcap grabs the pully and tightens with it. I've tried to find an assembly part number or even just one for that pully and I can't. Can anyone lend some advice or part number help. Thanks (pic is from ebay, that is how hard it was to find a picture for. Even the belt diagrams have that thing in the wrong spot.)
  4. A part number you used would have been great. I'm having this same issue. Also, when I took this part off it was dark and everything dropped. I think I got everything, but now when I tighten the bolt it locks up the pulley. I'm so lost and this is not a common part to replaces so its kicking my ass. Sorry for Necrorezzing this thread
