Recently I’ve been having this message pop up on my dashboard “parking brake limited function” and “parking brake malfunction service now” lately my brakes seem to be stuck only on the passenger side back wheel. I jacked the car up and you could hardly spin the wheel. No issues with driver side.
I got it scanned and found these codes

I’ve replaced the actuator motor, the brake caliper, and the wire harness for the actuator motor. And the problem is still there. Brakes are still what feels like, clamping on to the rotor. Any idea what is causing this to happen ?
