  1. Hello. I took my 2017 SE Ford Fusion with 28K miles to replace the AGM Battery. I was told by parts store and read online that a professional should change it because it required special handling (Battery Backup) so the computer wouldn't mess up. I picked up the car from the Ford dealer and noticed that the radio was not turning on. Went back and told them and they told me that the Tech Guy said that the radio was not working when the drove the car to the back to replace the car. That is bunch of BS. They said that a Service Tech was not available and that I should take the car back tomorrow. They said that they would waive the diagnostic fee but any parts needed I would have to pay for! I told them the radio was working and I have pictures of the screen showing me "System Off to Save Battery" taken the night before (date and time posted on picture). They said it's probably the APIM module burned out and need to be replaced.. The Manager also told me that he checked the Radio Fuse and that it was good. I took my car to get the battery because of the AGM Battery and i didn't want any issues if I changed it myself. I figured the Dealer would know how to change it without any issues. What is driving me crazy is the fact that they are saying my Radio was not working when I took the car in and that I would have to pay for any parts needed!!!!! What can I do? Thank you in advance for you help. Jerry
