  1. First of thanks in advance for the help! I’m new to posting on this forum but have been browsing for a couple months trying to fix several climate control issues. A little back story: It’s a 2016 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium so it has the dual climate control system. Car has 83,xxx miles. I bought the car in June 2023, aware of a couple AC issues. This didn’t bother me as I’m always willing to work on my own vehicles but damn does this have me frustrated! Originally the passenger side vents would only blow hot air while the driver would blow mildly cold at best (not great for the Phoenix area) so I went thru the obvious things: Checked fuses (all good) Checked coolant level (a little low so I topped it off. No changes there) Refrigerant (was sitting at 8 psi so I filled it. This turned the driver side ice cold but didn’t affect the passenger side) Next I went on to the blend door actuators and replaced both of them while I already had the dash apart to replace some worn components. I actually watched both blend doors function properly prior to reinstalling the dash. They worked and that fixed the AC issue. Both sides were as cold and working great. NOW it’s something new. it’s starting to get a little cold in the evenings so I’ve been trying to use heat. For some reason the driver side blows warm while the passenger side stays cold. The ever weirder part is that the passenger side blows much harder than the drivers side. I’ve tried unplugging the battery for 15 minutes, resetting the the HVAC module entirely, and I’ve rechecked everything I’ve already done. I can hear the actuators moving and again, they’re brand new and again, I watched them work. Now I know there’s a chance of one being faulty or one maybe not actually actuating the doors all the way but before I go down that rabbit hole again I’d like to see what you guys think? blower motor? Heater core? water pump? hvac control module? I appreciate any advice you can offer! thanks guys.
