Hello. I have 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE with SYNC 2 with MyFord Touch.
I have just replaced ACM module. The old one DS7T-19C107-BK was replaced by DS7T-19C107-BL. I found that these are interchangeable ACMs. The reason was terrible static noise and reprogramming of an ACM as built (727-01-01) didn't help me. As a result I can't hear another person during a call (another person can hear me) and also I don't hear a voice of the assistant when I press the button "Voice control" (but it understands my command and implements it). I can listen a music via Bluetooth, just can't make calls.
Does anybody know, should I change anything with Forscan? I have already tried to do master reset (through the "setting'' menu) and disconnect a battery for a couple minutes. I don't know why, but I unable to do ACM factory reset ("Power" button + "Sick up" button).
