My 2014 Ford Fusion SE makes rumbling / rubbing sounds when coming to a stop or crawling forward at low speeds. Doesn't do it on hard stops, accelerating, turning, or normal driving. I have new brakes, decent tires, and rotors seem fine within terms of normal wear. It has 95kmiles on it. From what I can feel, whatever is causing the sound isn't affecting how it drives.
