After disconnecting the heater fan blower, my car will not start. When attempting to start, the starter does not click and the dashboard is blank. Headlights, turn signals (from outside view), wipers, and radio do work. Have clicked battery cables together with no luck. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
