 I have pretty well figured that out. Ford does not make the repair kit anymore & nothing aftermarket. 

I have a 2009 with the same codes. I was told i need cam repair kits from a Ford TSB.

I am having an issue finding cam repair kits. I need caps & thrust bearings. Anyone hae an idea?
