  1. drold-any word from your FSE when a potential fix might be coming? i am watching for updates before I bother re-visiting the dealer thx
  2. I'm glad you posted as I have been waiting to see feedback from others who have the same issue. looking forward to resolving this with a minimum of trips to dealer and time wasted. good luck
  3. oh well...I was hoping someone would be able to peg something to work off of. anyhow, I dont think it will disappear by itself. though sometimes will be louder and sometimes more muted. very annoying and wish it can be remedied so i can enjoy the car that i am paying good money for.
  4. If you do happen to remember and you get an answer please post. I can't believe that anyone can say this is "normal" driving charachteristic.
  5. I hear you....mine is getting worse actually. It is especially noticeable and louder to me during the first few minutes of operation. I had brough it in to the dealer who of course said that they cannot find anything. I am quite aggravated with this and leaves me dissatisfied with what is otherwise a fine automobile
  6. thx. I checked the manual and it does mention this, but only when you first start the car and it states you would feel it in the brake pedal, which is not the case here. So i think it has to be something else....
  7. thx! i will do that and keep you posted
  8. I have 1800 miles on my 2010 fusion sport awd with the 3.5L motor. I notice that I get a muted rumble (similar to that of going over a rumble strip) or vibration when I hit 40mph at 1500rpm under normal acceleration or tip in, this doesnt happen any other time. Does anyone know what can be causing this so I can go back to the dealer with the problem. Otherwise, if a regular mechanic drives it , i know they will say "cannot duplicate the concern" and then the circle of time and energy wasted will start. Please help! thanks
