  1. I thought that i'd throw my two cents in. I drive a 2010 sport awd and I have just under 32,000 miles on the car and I also get that same "vibration" when I reach 35 - 40 mph under normal acceleration. Under heavy acceleration the "vibration" does not happen. This is my first awd car and thought that its "normal".
  2. Did they give any indication on what possible fuel milage gains could / might be?
  3. Does magnaflow have the exhuast system avialable for those of us who drive the awd sport model?
  4. Congratulations, i got a 2010 sport AWD tuxedo black w/ black and red leather interior. Love the car although my last fill up cost me $70 .
  5. I drive a 2010 Fusion Sport AWD with about 32000 miles and i am looking to swap out the stock plugs to something other to help improve the fuel mileage , because currently i get between 22 - 24 mpg's. I drove a 2001 focus, and i had swpped out the coil pack and plugs / plug wires and i got an increase of about 8 - 12% to the mpg's ( went from averaging about 28 to an average of about 30 to about 32 mpg's ). I hoping that by changing the spark plugs i could get an extra 1 - 3 mpg's. Also, is it difficult to change the spark plugs? Does anyone know if there are any aftermarket plugwires availiable for our cars? Thank you for any information that you can give .
  6. I have 2010 fusionsport awd and during the winter months I average around 22.5-23.0 mpg's and during warmer months I can average about 25-27 mpg's. I mostly drive on the highways with minimal city driving.
  7. Hi, I own a 2010 Fusion Sport AWD and ownd it for little over a year now and I average between 22.5mpg and 24mpg's. The lower end is do to the fact that during the winter months the fuel mileage naturally decreases. Do to this, during the winter months I can get roughly 365-380 miles from a tank of gas, where as during the summer months I can get usually 410 to a high of 430 miles on a tank of gas. I mostly drive on the highway with speeds of 75mph, with an average distance of 34 miles. The miles you get on a tank of gas will mostly be determined by the style of driver you are. Hope this helps.
  8. Just traded in my 2001 ford focus, a car that i have been driving for the last eight years, and traded up to a brand new 2010 ford fusion sport awd. I went with the tuxedo black, just absolutly beautiful, with the black leather interior and candy appe red inserts. The thing that sold me on this car is that i am not sacrificing much in gas mileage . Im going to miss my old car but i just love my new car. Cheers, and i am looking forward to being part of this forum.
