  1. I ordered Gorilla lugs for my truck, they are solid one piece lugs. They were definitely less expensive than those Dorman lugs that you posted. I think these will work on the Fusion, verify for sure, but Gorilla makes quality lugs.
  2. I'm looking to see if anyone has an old 2006-2009 Fusion (Or any other same general Ford 6 CD system, pictured below) stereo laying around or available. I have a spare stereo which I removed the 6 CD player out of and put into my stereo when my CD player stopped working. I'm only looking for the CD player out of it, so your stereo can have a busted display, non functioning display, or any other issue not relating to the CD player. Just looking to put the spare stereo back into perfect working order. Thanks for looking.
  3. Yes, that's the simple way to tell which system that you have. Also if you pull out the stereo on the dash, there is third wiring harness to plug in with the 8 speaker system, where there is only two wiring harness for the other 4 & 6 speaker systems to plug in. So if the stereo needs to be replaced and you have the Audiophile system, you would need to be sure that the third plug is on the back of the unit that you are buying, otherwise the full system will not work. There's no way to tell the difference by looking at the front of the stereo. (Just an FYI) Non Audiophile system Audiophile system (8 speaker & Amp)
  4. The 'Moon & Tune Package' only started with the 2008 Fusion, the stereo and moonroof were separate options in 06 & 07. You will be able to see the 2 speakers in the rear deck from the trunk, they are easily seen and not covered up at all.
  5. If you have the two subs in the rear deck, then you have the 8 speaker audiophile system. The 8 speaker system was optional. There was also the optional 6 speaker system without the subs in the rear deck available, and also the 4 speaker base system IIRC.
  6. Search my friend, your answer is in this thread.
  7. May 15, 2017. 1. Dual-zone Electronic Automatic Temperature Control. 2. I would say for sure that rear mats are an option.
  8. Most of use a Photo sharing site to post large pictures in threads. Below is a video on how to use Photobucket, which I use. Not saying it's the best site to use, there are a few others.
  9. Warranty would be a great option if available, otherwise some of us have replaced a burnt out heated seat element (mine was back in 2012). Check out this thread, my post was #24 (with pictures), and in this thread my post was #10 with instructions on how I did the repair. Now your part numbers would obviously be different, but they are easy enough to find out. And that's if you were to attempt to replace the part yourself.
  10. Most of us use a photo sharing site to post nice large pictures in a thread. Watch the video below, and I'm not saying it's the best site to use.
  11. I've been using this Turtle Wax Polish, which will bring back that shine, big time. I'm guessing this is the new version, seeing as I can't find the bottle with the black label right now. .
  12. I haven't seen any newer methods since Plasti Dip came along. Remember, the more coats that you put on, the easier it is to remove later on.
  13. Here is the Mpow holder in my 07. I figure pictures always help. You simply squeeze the side tabs together which clicks along as you go to hold the phone. There are two flip out tabs on the bottom to prevent the phone from slipping down. You can adjust the display left/right and up/down with one adjustment (swivel type). There is a tab to press on the lower left which slowly releases it's hold on the phone when you're done.
  14. 19" x 8" wheels, with an offset between +26 and +44 and a 225/40/19 tire should fit without issue. If you go with your 225/35/19 posted above, that smaller tire would also work. Keep in mind, the lower the offset, the closer the tires gets to the fender.
  15. This is the one that I have, works perfectly. https://www.amazon.com/Mpow-Mount-Universal-Holder-Smartphones/dp/B00PC29ETE/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1487688344&sr=8-3&keywords=cd+slot+phone+holder
  16. Hook up an OBDII code reader and check for stored error codes.
  17. It probably is just dirt, so warranty would not cover that. Wash, clay bar, & wax it. It should be fine after that. If you can't do it yourself, find a good auto detailer and let 'em at it.
  18. Try using a clay bar on a section of the car, that may get the paint nice and smooth again. Of course you would need to wax afterward.
  19. My 2007, which I bought in May 2007, is perfect inside, with the exception of some slight seat wear which is normal on any 10 year old car. I still love this car like I did 10 years ago, and will hate to let it go. It's unfortunate that your car has all of these interior issues, but it is no way a common problem of 2007 Fusions, or any Fusions for that matter. If there was a widespread issue, we would have certainly heard about it on the forums over the years. And yeah, there are instances of issues with the Fusion, as well as any other car that is manufactured today, that's sadly the case today as it always has been. Now if I were in your shoes, and my Fusion (or any other car) had a bunch of issues like your car has, I would probably be ticked off and venting too. Bad experiences with one car has definitely turned customers towards a different manufacturer, probably going all the way back to the Model A.
  20. Do a search on Ebay, a bunch are listed. Better yet, check out local junkyards to get it really cheap. http://www.fordfusionforum.com/topic/5642-chrome-fog-light-trim/
  21. If you don't have an owners manual, get it HERE.
  22. Check fuse # 19, I believe that is the correct one.
  23. I'm not familiar with the Sony system, but if there is an amp, that would be the most likely culprit. Check the fuse box for an amp fuse.
  24. Are you are certain that it is in park, and not in gear? Otherwise it sounds like a starter issue.
