I noticed my gas mileage seems to be decreasing. My Fusion just hit 20K and I was used to getting about 21.5 mpg (according to gauge) I noticed over the past month or so that its been dropping now its about 20. when I got gas today I maually calculated it and got 18.5. I am in NY and it has been very hot for the past month or so and I use the AC alot. does this sound right or does it sound like a problem? my driving is pretty much split between local and HWY.

I have had my AWD sport blue fusion for 3 months and I love it. I live in NY and was wondering if I should buy winter tires and rims. I am worried most about the sand/salt wrecking the rims. I know the tires are "all season" and it is an AWD. any thoughts would be helpful.
