Good and bad news I wanted to share with you. I took the dealer the car on Tuesday night and on Wednesday I found out from the dealer that there was a known TSB for not starting the fix is replacing a ground strap.The part ufortunately comes from New York and it will take 3 to 4 days so I am in a rental at Fords expense until it is fixed you should consider taking to the dealer to have the same thing done they did state the problem only becomes more frequent if you ignore it. Its covered under the factory warranty so go do it. =) Have a great day everyone and thank you.

I purchased my 2010 Ford Fusion Sel back in September this year. I have overall enjoyed the ride until my husband and I experienced on several occasions the vehicle cranking with no start but then on second try it will start right up. I called the dealer and they state they have not heard of this problem. I am supposed to be taking it in this week to be checked. Has anyone else experienced this issue. I would to hear from you if you have experienced this. Thanks
