I got it new and I live in the dc area and also i noticed that when the air is on the floor gets damp maybe that could be the cause. Also I've been to about 4 different dealers and they all say it's just surface rust. Does anyone have any problems like this especially with all the rust under the seats

Just curious if all this rust is normal on a 2008 ford fusion. And what should I do about this.
