That is exactly what mine is doing. Do you know what is wrong?

This problem started in October when the weather started getting cold. The noise is getting progressively worse (louder) as temperature drops, and lasts until the engine is almost at operating temperature. (slowly getting quieter as the engine warms.) I suppose this could be a bad belt, but Im wondering if a pulley is out of alignment or bad bearings. The belt doesn't appear to have excessive cracking and looks to be in good condition overall. Any ideas?
