Believe them. Mine took longer, but that was partially due to a planned shutdown at the factory and the long route to New England. The factory puts the cars on a train for part of their trip. The rest is by truck. It is a long way from Mexico. If I remember correctly, it took about 10 weeks altogether. I was planning on a lot less time and actually sold my old car out right too early and ended up having to rent a wreck for 5 weeks to get me by.

The LL at the end of a bulb number means Long Life. You pay more and supposedly can expect a long life for bulb with this suffix.

Well I did order the 3" SS tips from Superior and installed them today. They look great. About 1/2" clearance between the tips, just like I was looking for. I'll post pictures later. The tips I ordered are their Sport series, a bit nicer looking than the ones that Pep Boys and Autozone carry. There were $11.99 each plus $5 total shipping. The mounting was easy and they seem to be firmly attached. Didn't need to purchase longer bolts, even though the tail pipes of the I4 are less than 1 3/4"

If anyone out there has added exhaust extentions to an I4, please let me know the diameter. I was thinking that 3" is about the maximum you could go and have some daylight between the two. I think that Superior has a 3" dia. round angled tip that is 7" long. Is this too long for Milan/Fusions?

I found the Milan mats on Mercury Accessories's website for the price you mentioned. They were running a free shipping promotion so ordered them up. Should be here this Friday. Only one snow fall so far this season. I'm sure there will be others. One good thng about the Stone interior is that salt doesn't show up a much as the dark gray/black carpeted interiors I have had in the past.

Anyone order all weather floor mats for their MIlan? Are they the same size as the Fusion? I've seen about 4 different models listed. The most popular seem to be the Husky and Highland ones. I called two Mercury dealers and they had mats listed, but not availalable yet. I just wondered how well the other fit. Is it worth the extra money or do I go to Walmart. Pictures are always appreciated.

I'm curious when your order went in. I ordered an 2007 as well. In looking at the standard equipment lists at the time, none mentioned the equipment you feel was left out. It wasn't until I read several of the postings on this site that I came to expect that my Milan, built Oct 2, would have them.

I had a dealer quote 4-5 weeks, but it ended up to be almost 10. I live in New England, about as far from the fatory as possible. I took about 2 weeks for shipping alone. In my case the length was partially due to the fact that I ordered iit over two weeks before they began '07 production.

The Milan is a bit more, but the standard features make up the difference if you want them. For instance, ABS is standard on the Milan, but not on the Fusion. The Lincoln only comes in the V-6, no manual.

Don't complain. I ordered my Milan on Aug. 11 and it finally arrived at the dealer on Ocober 18. Picked it up Friday, 10 weeks after the order went in. Well worth the wait though. Wonderful car.

I just took delivery of my '07 Milan with the Med Lt Stone interir. The top of the center armrest is the leather just like the Premier's have. Is this non-Premier arm rest and the Premier arm rest the same? BTW, this is an awsone vehicle.

Interestingly, the '07 Milan comes standard with ABS. I didn't realize there was that much difference in these corporate twins.
