i did some research on a code p0022 ...he mentioned he had a couple of wire having false conact due to a broken clip by the pcm.....so i took off my battery and checked all my conections and thats when i noticed a cut wire going into the pcm. for now i clipped the wire, added about 4'inches of electrical wire with a small nail and it worked..... was getting about 16mpg and now 25mpg....car fast before and now its flash.........tomorrow im replacing that wire.........no more check engine light anyone with code p0010 or p0020 check connections on or around your pcm located behind your battery on the firewall.........

  8. my mechanic ran his snap- on computer diagnostic and code p0010 comes out...im also not getting readings from bank 1 o2 sensor wich is on the same bank as the code p0010....ford told me that it could be the vct solenoid but thats only 193 dollars hahahaha. im also getting about 17 miles a gallon....i know where there at cuz it has two of them just dont know how to remove them
  9. had all codes deleted.....code p0010 popped out again....computer also showed me that one of my o2 sensors isnt working properly.would that make the code p0010
  10. i did not dissconnect the battery....ive installed sensors on my 02 sable and check engine light came off by its self....the mass airflow sensory that was thought to be bad was installed in a 06 ford 500 last week and that car still hasnt gotten a check enginr light on....i' ll disconnect the negative wire after class. what else can cause my car to run to rich
