Within the first 200 miles of buying my Fusion, an airbag light started to illuminate constantly. So I took it in and it was troubleshot to a bent pin underneath the passenger side seat. The only bad thing is that because it is part of a safety system Ford could not just change the pin. They had to remove and replace the car's entire wire harness!! They told me that they had to completely disassemble the interior of the car. It was a nightmare because while doing the maintenance they scratch the tint on my rear window, so they had to take it to get retinted. Not so bad right? Well the tinters pulled down on the headliner (at the rear window in order to tint the window. While doing that they creased the headliner when they pulled down on it. I complained to them when I saw it so they replaced it, but again they had to disassemble more interior to do that. So nothing fits the way it did initially. Oh yeah, and once they finished everything they called me to pick it up. I walk out to my Fusion and the remote wouldn't unlock the doors anymore, so they kept it for another day. Last but not least somewhere along in this process all of my quarter disappeared out of my center console. I have had a very bad experienced with this car and my local Ford dealership. Hopefully, i'll have no more problems.
