  1. my kit replaces the muffler the tip section . the reason for this is that there isnt any benifit to replacing everything . ford uses all stainless pipe its all mandral bends and unless you go forced induction flows more then enough . i have gained mpg and power with my kit if you have more questions feel free to call or text me 315-719-9985

  2. It would need modifications to fit around the rear diff. Also I am making high quality affordable systems as an alternative to the over priced magnaflow kits
  3. Hey guys if you would like to buy one send me an email at jamesonmarshall@gmail.com and I will send you an invoice via gmail also the kit will enclude a cutter so you will be able to from start to finish do this job easy in you driveway no jack required in a half hour or less
  4. I am working a v6 setup. Mostly my kits will be from the rear axle back do to the fact that there is no performance gains to be had from going further forward. Also this help keep the price down.
  5. I'm sorry I forget to mention it picked up a mile or 2 per gallon however it also had more umph lol
  6. Normally it has a nice growl in life it sounds very much like the magnaflow . Yes you have to cut the pipe however the kit comes with a nice stainless bad clamp and I'm working on a deal for exhaust pipe cutters so you can do it at home in ten min also it will come with a template of where to cut .
  7. here is the link for the video clip taken from my cell phone so the audio isnt great it sounds more high pitched than actually is also i can use a turbo muffler to make it even quieter if desired. also it was just loose on the car http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dloyd8LJfn4
  8. If anyone knows how to get the pictures from an android phone on here aswell as a video clip it would be very helpful thanks. My laptop died so at the moment its all I have. Also if you send me a message I can send them as sms messages if that helps. Thanks all .
  9. Ok first off the kit will be going out for 285.00 plus shipping only the actual shipping cost the v6 version is in development . I am trying to figure out how to get the sound clip up and a picture . Thanks all
  10. Yes actually I was thinking about this last night as Im an enthusiast like everyone one here. So here is the time for us as fusion owners to have choices . The axle back is a great alternative . Like you said it can be more cost effective. So I'm giving the options to you all pick your set up as I'm making all these by hand one at a time . Pick single exit dual out the side what muffler you want I would personally stick with a magnaflow or Gibson universal do to being stainless. Also I can make the steeda kit work I would just have to fab a box for it to be in so it actually pressurized at speed also going to be offering a factory air box mod for RAM air as a more cost effective option . So now is is the chance for us to make our cars stand out from the rest .
  11. My car is a 2.5 and actually all cars are the same .2 1/2 pipe so the set up will work on all the cars. I can also make a bolt on kit to exit where ever you would like . Just let me know and I can figure it up .
  12. So if you are a fusion owner who is tired of the lack of availible parts for the car as i am. This maybe for you. I am almost done with a couple products to help set our cars apart from the rest. One being a dual side swept nascar style exhaust. the outlets are 2"x6" ovals the pipe actually tappers out to that size. it will be a full bolt on kit with all harware needed to install. ansd will be fully stainless steal. The kit will fit every fusion just not sure how it will work on the sport with the body side molding as my car is not a sport which is what all the parts have been fit on. The second item Is a real fully functional ram air intake/cold air it will have a scope picking air up from behind the bumper grill feeding into a sealed box also this will be 100 percent stainless. All parts will be hand made and very high quality. Also i am try to keep the price down as best as possible. so the more interest there is the more pipe and flat steel i will buy at one time bring down material cost. which brings down the overall price. to give an idea a few here and there exhaust i can do for around 500 plus shipping the intake for around 375 Thanks all.
  13. Yes it will fit perfectly however you will also have to get the insert panel from a v6 for the rear bumper. also either way you will prolly have to wait another 3 months since thats when the first exhaust for the 10s is released i also have a 10 4cyl and want to put the v6 magnaflow on it good luck and happy modding
  14. Yes goodluck on your to its gonna be sweet

    pinstripe help

Best i can come up with is if you take it to a graphics shop they should have the software to show or pu a piece of pin stripe on the car lighty so it comes off easy. Also they can show you the different options on how you can end the stripe. i hope this helps.

  17. Mine is in tux black i have removed the emblems, painted the sap 18s black, tinted the tails 3rd brake light, and side markers black, soon to come are the following steeda drop springs, steeda intake, steeda door sill plates, put my system in 2 12 pioneer premiers w a premier amp,not sure what i will put in for speakers yet. magnaflow v6 exhaust on the 2.5l when it comes out for the 10s tint the windows and that whats on the to do list so far
  18. My guess would be ford wants to take the car back to there test facility to find out why this happened and to figure out how to stop it
  19. i am glad to hear that also. wondering if they are going to cover your add ons? also what you are planning on getting also good luck with the next one
  20. I would go with the steeda it has an insert you can remove at some other point in time if you use a tuner lick sct.
  21. Check out zoop wheel coating its really good stuff
  22. The car is designed to run on 87 the 3 factors that would make you run anything higher are as follows the compression ratio. the fusion isnt anywhere near high enough. another would be timing ford didnt advance it that much no need to. the other would be forced induction doesnt come on a fusion. Also E85 will give you less mpg for this reason it may have a higher octane rating which is just its level of explosiveness the higher the number the less explosive it burns longer. However a molicule of ethanol produces less energy/force than a molicule of gas so to make the same power as gas it requires more ethanol. hope this helps to understand the differences between the fuels and why you should just save your money and use 87
  23. yes the seats from any of the fusions are a bolt in swap the front seats are held in by 4 bolts. Two front and rear on the seat track also the electric connectors are under the seat. The rear seat has metal rods that are held down by hooks in the front of the lower cushion. On the right and left sides. You push down and back then pull up one side at a time. Then slide the cushion forward after unlatching both sides. The rear seat back will come out as one piece as well. You fold the seat backs down to show the bolts once removed you push up on the back to release it from its hooks. Then out the side reverse to instal. Hope this helps and good luck
  24. Normally they will have an engineer go to the dealer first take a look at the car and see if they can come up with a fix for the problem. If they cannot then ford would give you a new fusion as close to what you have as possible as in build one to the specs your car is. However being the 10s are not being made anymore if they go that route you would most likely get an 11 and may have more standard or different options due to the year change. However you contact at customer care will explain all of your options. Im just saying this is what happened only one time since i have been working for a dealer that i have personally saw and the same procedures were followed about the 5 times i worked at a gm shop which was only a year so thats one reason i will not perchase GM products anyways good luck with the resolution to your problem
  25. Then it wouldnt matter. they would handlw the same in the snow with the snow tires
