  1. So here we are in 2015 and my 2010 Mercury Milan continues to experience this issue. Four more broken studs, after being through the recall. --- Any idea how to be the recall re-done ? My recall clearly did not fix the issue on my Milan. Note this is otherwise a great car. But i still walk around it once a week or so, checking for missing lug nuts (due to broken studs.) Nothing like a wheel potentially falling of to ruin your day... Thanks, Mark
  2. I've been using the "auto" headlight switch (Motorcraft SW-6602) by itself for the last several months. It works great by itself. But now i am interesed in integrating the sun load sensor. Installation took only about ten minutes. --- Please, which of the four pins on the sunload sensor connects to pin #46 ? And which pin on the sunload sensor is connected to ground ? Knowing these two things can save a lot of time for the rest of us. Thanks in advance !
  3. Bet there aren't many like me who got rid of one kind of Merc to get another. Parted with my Mercedes to get my Milan. Sold my E Class sedan, a great car in its day, however I'm enjoying the mileage & FWD of the Milan. Probably just as much HP with the 2.5L Ford engine as the 3.0L inline six in the Merc. Don't miss the Mercedes at all.
