  1. Finally got around to replacing the battery and now the auto start/stop is working perfectly. Thanks everyone for your help!
  2. I have a 2017 Fusion SE with the 1.5 liter engine purchased new as a leftover in March of 2018. The start/stop feature no longer seems to be working and the indicator light is still showing on. Even during normal weather with a minimum of accessories on, the engine won't turn off at a traffic light or a vehicle stop anymore. The car has the original battery which now has 5 years of use on it plus the time it sat on a dealers lot unsold. Looking around on the internet, it was suggested the battery might not have the capacity anymore for this to work. Is there a way to find out or should I just replace the battery because of the age?
  3. Thanks, I guess I'll have to call the dealer after the present Covid situation gets better. Did they charge you for the reprogramming?
  4. Thanks, but those video's are the one's I've seen and don't work for me. Can't find anything in the owners manual either.
  5. Front passenger window won't stay up, will automatically go back to 3/4 open position. Tried a couple of you tube videos with tapping the button up and holding it but that won't work. Can get the window closed by inching it along but if you hold the button while it's closed in the channel, it automatically reverses open. Anybody have any idea? Thanks in advance.
  6. I am considering getting a remote start start for my wife. I looked at the Ford site and there is multiple choices. What is the difference between one way & bi-directional? I assume that there are more parts involved as per below. BTW, the dealer wants close to $500 to install.
