    This is what I found in the service manual, it comes from a larger walk through when removing the entire front instrument panel. I do have one question, what was on the cloth? Just water or was there some kind of cleaner? Remove the instrument cluster finish panel. Remove the instrument cluster.Remove the 2 screws. Remove the instrument cluster.Disconnect the electrical connector. See attached pics.

    I only have the 06-09 model info, not sure how much was changed with redesign. Ford Fusion 06-09 Floor Console.pdf

    See attached PDF for the 06-09 model. Once the door and sail panel is removed then you just have to disconnect the wire and remove the 3 bolts. When reinstalling, the bolts should be tightened to 71 lb-in. Ford Fusion 06-09 Door Panel.pdf

    How many keys, in your possession, do you currently have programmed for your car? You have to have two working keys to program additional keys.
